Our Direct Involvement During Construction of New Buildings
It is worth mentioning that as subcontractors for building companies (STRABAG, ZUBLIN, SWIETESKY, SUBTERRA etc.) and their contractors (SIPRAL, ALTECH Mladá Boleslav etc.) we assist directly at construction sites during the completion of new buildings.
Thanks to this we can be directly involved in the decision-making about technologies used to ensure the safety of facade and window cleaning.
Also, such an engagement during the construction of a building facilitates future cooperation with the investor or building user on further jobs regarding window cleaning or facade inspections.
Building Maintenance Services – Directly or Through Facility Management Companies
We provide services connected to high-rise building maintenance directly, or in cooperation with well-established facility management companies (such as OKIN FACILITY, CENTRA etc.), or with cleaning companies (EuroServis, SaJ etc.).
We specialize in service maintenance of facades using climbers and mountain-climbing techniques.
